plae8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time. Promotions may be offered to specific player segments based on account activity, VIP tier, or geography and are not universally available to all players at all times.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("Rollover") before they or winings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) of the bonus amount received. A 10x requirement on a RM100 bonus means the Player must place a cumulative total of RM1,000 in eligible wagers before any withdrawal is processed against that bonus.
Not all games contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. As a general guide:
While bonus funds are active in your account, a maximum single bet or stake of RM250 per round or transaction applies unless a lower limit is specified in the Promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
All bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the validity period specified in the individual Promotion. Standard validity periods are 7 days, 14 days, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Upon expiry, unmet bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from the account without compensation.
Unless explicitly stated as "cashable" or "non-sticky" in the individual Promotion terms, all bonuses issued by plae8 are sticky bonuses. Sticky bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable. Only net winings generated from wagering activity using sticky bonus funds may be withdrawn once wagering requirements are met.

plae8 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of engaging in prohibited activities. Where such activities are confirmed, plae8 may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all associated wagers and bonuses, withold any remaining balance, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.
All content available on the plae8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, user interface design, software, game content, data compilations, trademarks, and trade names, is the exclusive intellectual property of plae8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Platform without the prior written consent of plae8.
Any unauthorised use of plae8's intellectual property may result in account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Prior to closure, any pending wagers will be settled and any remaining eligible real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal.
